Skoda Unveils a new car in its small car segment, Skoda Citigo.
Citigo is powered by 1.0L Three Cylinder Engine. The car will be released in two variants with 59 bhp and 74 bhp. Also Citigo is expected to have automatic and manual transmission versions.

Bookings for Hyundai Eon is open.
Bookings are open for the iconic model Hyundai Eon has started fron Oct 1, 2011. The car will mark its debut from Oct 13, 2011. Hyundai has already announced the price tag of 2.5 to 3.5 lakh.

Production of Maruthi Swift at Manesar Plant is back to normal.
Production of All new Maruthi Swift is back to normal position. The company has started its production of the car with the 1120 new experienced and trained technicians (Brought in the company in last few days) along with 380 regular workers. It is to be noted that the bookings have already marked a massive numbers of 1,08,000 units.

Honda India to release Diesel Versions of Cars.
India's leading petrol car manufacturers, Honda India have recently announced that their research and development team is working hard in developing Diesel cars. In a press meet in Chennai, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen, Honda Siel Cars India, Senior Vice-President (Sales and Marketing), said, "The Research and Development team in Japan is developing diesel engines. It is premature to say that the products will be rolled out on diesel."
